His soulful and versatile voice became synonymous with the biggest Bollywood hits of the 1990s and early 2000s, collaborating with legends like Lata Mangeshkar and Kishore Kumar 

Udit has sung in over 30 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Nepali, and Bhojpuri, showcasing his versatility across India and beyond.

Udit gained fame with his song "Papa Kehte Hain" from Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988), which catapulted both him and Aamir Khan to stardom.
