Recently, Salman Khan and Sonali Bendre were seen sharing a warm hug at an event in Mumbai. They greeted each other during an event on eco-friendly Ganesha Chaturthi celebrations and gave a warm hug, much to the delight of their fans.

In one photo, one sees Salman Khan in a casually dressed t-shirt and denims, also Sonali Bendre looking pretty in a salwar suit, clicking pictures with each other. This video was shared on Instagram by a paparazzo, and fans are going berserk in the comments. The comment section abounds with love for the on-screen couple, Prem and Preeti.

A few days ago, Salman took to social media and dropped a behind-the-scenes photo from Sikandar, in which he is looking at a screen present nearby while donning a light blue-colored shirt, smiling away, whereas Sajid Nadiadwala and A.R. Murugadoss share a laugh with him.
In May 2024, the production house announced officially that Rashmika Mandanna would star opposite Salman Khan in Sikandar. He quoted, “I was around 18 years old, and during the shoot of the song ‘Kabootar Ja Ja Ja’, there was this one moment that just clicked, and I knew this is what I wanted to do. Through various narrations, I would visualize Jackie Shroff or Anil Kapoor for those roles, but somehow, in big films, I could just not imagine myself doing it. That moment was the first time I really felt, ‘Yes, I can do this.’ I had tears in my eyes.”

Salman and Sonali came together for an event to promote eco-friendly Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. This event aims at creating awareness of using bio-degradable Ganesha idols made by BMC School students. Salman Khan fronts the event, along with celebrities like Sonu Nigam and Kailash Kher, for the cause of purity and cleanliness while celebrating the festival.
